Terms of Service

Kellher, Helmrich, & Associates (KHA) reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time with notice to their users.  Continued use of the Service after any new changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.  Our most current version of Terms of Service can be viewed at http://quickstart.online-msds.com/terms

Account Terms

  1. You must provide your legal full name, valid contact phone number, valid email address, and any other such information requested in order to complete your sign up process.
  2. Your login may only be used by one person, which will be determined by your admin account set up.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of your account and password. KHA cannot be and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Payment & Refunds

  1. We will accept a valid credit card or electronic check for payment on all accounts.
  2. If you initially sign up for Quick Start and you don’t cancel that account within 30 days, you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice on the 30th day, you will not be charged.
  3. The Quick Start is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat all our clients equally, no exceptions will be made.

Cancellation & Termination

  1. You are responsible for properly cancelling your account. In order to cancel your account please visit http://quickstart.online-msds.com/cancel You can cancel your account at any time.  Trying to cancel your account via phone or email will not be permitted.
  2. All of your MSDS’ will not be accessible to you once your account is cancelled. The MSDS’ will remain in ownership by KHA.

Content Ownership

  1. The materials uploaded to Quick Start will remain the sole property of KHA.

General Conditions

  1. Technical support for the Quick Start program is provided to paying account holders and is only available via email request.
